OUR BAGGING MACHINE RENTAL PROGRAM DETAILS
CRATING & SHIPPING:
- Crating – The cost of crating will be charged per piece of equipment shipped to the customer (The crating fee is non-refundable; Customer is expected to return the rented equipment to CBE on the same crate that the equipment arrived to the Customer on)
- Shipping from CBE to Customer – Responsibility of the Customer (non-refundable)
- Return Shipping from the Customer to CBE – Responsibility of the Customer (non-refundable)
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable deposit (which varies depending on the model of equipment rented) will be charged to the customer’s credit card at the beginning of the rental. This charge will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the equipment in equal condition to how it was shipped to the customer upon its return to Taylor, TX.
RENTAL COST & CALCULATION:
- Rental Fee is Calculated Daily (Daily Rate will Vary Depending on the Model of Machine Rented) from the Date of Pickup from CBE’s Taylor, TX Facility until the Day of Return at CBE’s Taylor, TX Facility. All Days that the Machine is not in the Possession of CBE is Billable to the Customer Including Weekends and Holidays.
- All Rentals are Required to be Paid Via Credit Card (Customer will Pre-Authorized CBE with a Credit Card Prior to Shipment)
- Rental Payments will be Charged to the Customer’s Credit Card on File on the 1st business day of Every Month. Last Month’s Partial Rental will be Charged on the Date of Receipt at CBE’s Taylor, TX Facility.
NOTE: Rental is Per / Each item of equipment rented.
INSTALLATION:
The cost of Installation and Startup ARE NOT Included in the Daily Rental Rate. CBE can provide installation and startup services to be completed by a qualified technician at additional cost.
PURCHASE OPTION:
A daily rental can be converted to a purchase of the equipment at any point during the rental. CBE will apply 50% of all rental payments made timely by the customer towards the cost of purchase at the time of purchase.
* Crating Charges and Shipping Costs are Not Eligible for Discount / Credit and will be 100% Paid by the Customer.
CLEANING, REPAIRS AND DAMAGES:
- CBE will deliver equipment to the customer in clean and good operating condition.
- Customer will return to CBE the same machine clean and free from product and contaminants and the same operating condition that it received the equipment.
- If CBE has to clean the equipment upon its return or if the equipment is returned damaged or needing repairs, the customer agrees to pay CBE for its costs of cleanup & repair to be charged to the customer’s credit card on file on a basis of time (Charged at $105 per Hour) plus materials.
INSURANCE:
CBE Requires to be listed on the customer’s insurance Liability Insurance as Additional Insured in the event of a Loss.
TAXES:
The Rental Fee does NOT include any applicable sales taxes (if applicable). Sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the customer in addition to the daily rental rate.
NOTE: CBE Reserves the Sole Right to Accept or Refuse Equipment Rentals to Any Customer for Any Reason Allowable by Law. CBE only Rents Equipment within the Continental United States. CBE Does not Rent Machinery for Pigments, Corrosive Materials, Caustic Materials or for Hazardous Products.

A: CBE carries an inventory of standard, non-customized general purpose equipment that is largely ready to ship quickly (within days to weeks). Specialized equipment might have longer, more extended lead times if a specialized configuration has to be assembled for specific customer requirements.
Q2: What’s INCLUDED with the daily equipment rental?
A: CBE will supply a late model machine to the Customer for the rental rate. There are no production limits nor toll fees (charges per bag filled/handled/processed) tied to the daily rental rate. Unlimited phone based technical support throughout the rental period included during normal business hours (8am to 5 pm Mon-Fri; Holidays Excluded).
Q3: What’s NOT INCLUDED with the equipment rental?
A: Daily rentals do not include equipment crating, freight/delivery of the rental equipment to the customer’s location, installation, startup/operator training at the customer’s location nor maintenance visits. All of these costs are not included in the daily rental rate.
Q3: Can I rent multiple pieces of equipment to create a complete bagging line?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in providing complete bagging solutions that can include bagging, sewing/sealing and conveying equipment.
