The Heavy-Duty Vibratory Open Mouth Bag Filler is an easy to use, reliable machine designed to package high bulk density granulated, free flowing materials at moderate production speeds.  A specialized vibratory pan feeder quickly and accurately fills each bag.  The gate controls speed while the pan fine feeds and manages fill trim for a very precise final bag weight.  The scale has a digital display to keep weights accurate and within tolerances. Pneumatic components quickly exchange empty and filled bags at the press of a pedal.  An air operated clamp securely holds up to 70 lbs. bags from the loading spout.
