Model 400 NS Bag Sewing System

The heavy-duty Model 400 NS Bag Sewing System is easy to operate and delivers quality performance at twice the speed of hand-held portable bag closers. Operating at line speeds of up to 55 linear feet per minute, the 400 NS efficiently and reliably closes a variety of bags including multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene.

The 400 NS features a self-lubricating sewing head and an adjustable-height pedestal with casters and leveling jackscrews.

Technical Capabilities:

• Closes up to 10 bags per minute (up to 55 feet per minute)
• Bag types: paper & poly woven open mouth bags
• Control air 80 PSI at 1 CFM
• Electrical requirements – 220 volt, 380 volt, 440 volt or 575 volt / 3 phase / 60 cycle
